• Ozzy, Tony, Geezer, & Bill spent March and some of April 2001 in a recording studio in the UK working on material for this album.
• Thee original plan was to do the Ozzfest 2001 dates, and then return to the studio in early September of 2001 to record/finish the album with the intent of having it out for the Christmas 2001 holiday season.
• Record company pressure on Oz to finish his own solo album has caused the band to delay recording of the new album.  No new recording dates are scheduled at this time.
• We Wait.  We Wait.  We Wait.
• Feb 2006: Depending on when and whose interview you listen to, the album is either "a possibility", "definitely happening", or "will never happen".  I no longer believe any interview given by any Sabbath member on the subject.  I'll believe it when I see it.
• Feb 2009: Now that the new album with Dio is coming out, I'm now thinking this album will never see the light of day, unless one of them dies, and it's released as a memorial thing.
