I'm writing this note to let you know that these forums have closed. You can no longer leave any kinds of posts on them. The reason for that is the software has been replaced by vBulletin forum software, and we will be using that going forward. A few remarks about this forum, however.
I will be leaving it "open" and in "read only" mode for awhile. This is because a few things did not carry over to the new board (full details are available there). As such, I'm leaving this board open for a time so things can be retrieved from here if need be.

A quick note about logins there. ubb.threads had the ability to have a different login name vs the one that was shown on the forums. If you were one of the people who had a different login name and a display name, this is for you. vBulletin does NOT have that feature. During the conversion of user accounts, a choice had to be made as to which one to use. I chose to use the name for "display name". If you find you cannot login with your old login name, try using the name that was shown on the forums. That will likely work.
If you can't figure it out, there's always the lost password feature on vBulletin to use. Anyway, head on over there, there's a lengthy post I wrote detailing all the changes (and there are a lot).
