Old Born Again Video

I've seen this video before, it's been ages since, but I remember it well. I remember it as being one of the few times Black Sabbath has mimed on television. The audio is the same stuff from the Born Again album. Does anyone remember what show this was on, and in what country? If so, drop me an email. If you don't know, that's fine, enjoy the video anyway.

UPDATE: I've gotten several suggestions about this. Yes, I know it was on a late night TV show, but I'm looking for definitive word. Rock Palace seems to be the most popular suggestion, and that does ring a bell. But I am still curious as to the original broadcast dates; things like that.
