A complete and total overhaul of the web site has begun.  A totally new graphic look and feel, something never before seen here will be online hopefully by the end of November.  Due to this, most new content will be put on hold until then - don't see the point in creating it, and then having to change it again.   You will love this - I guarantee it!

1. Went through all the user submissions for the tour dates pages that I had backed up.  Also included some heavy modifications to the "Black Sabbath" & Paranoid tours - thanks to Benny Sandquist for passing along some old tour date sheets.
2. Also, a special note to Ralph "Punky" Sholz.  He sent me a very HUGE list of additions, mostly in the area of Venue names.  There's way too much for me to get in today, so I'll get to his submission in the next couple of days.  It's a great one!!

1. I finally, after all this time got off my duff and got all the tour dates online for all the tours Black Sabbath has ever done.  I was missing just about all the tours with Ozzy in the 70's - they're all there now.

1. Brought the Magica entry in the discography up to speed, as the album is out now. - Also updated the news page with a story about that.
2. I added some advertising for Badlands / Ray Gillen related materials - check it out.

I started work on replacing the pictures page.  If you want to see the experimental test work I did this afternoon, you can check it out here.   The current pictures page will remain online until I'm ready to go with the replacement.    I have about 20 megs of pictures that aren't on the site I need to get online, which is the reason for the change.

1. Finally put all the reviews online for Ozzfest 99 & the Sabbath US Summer Tour.  Extra special thanks to Dean Webb for his assistance with this.
2. Furthermore, I also put whatever reviews I have for the December 99 shows online, too.  This time I'm keeping current.  :)
3. Updated the 7th Star Discography Page with some promotional art that was sent to me.
4. Updated the Tyr Discography Page with some remarks about the runes on the album cover.
5. Updated the Eternal Idol Tourdates page with a Sun City Ticket Stub scan.
6. Updated the Born Again Tour Dates (again).
7. Updated the 1998 Tour Dates page with a ticket stub from the one non US Ozzfest 98 tourdate.
8. Put a new interview online with Dario Mollo.  Tony Martin sings on Dario's "The Cage" album.

1. Went through the entire discography, and verified that all links for ordering CD's still worked, and cleaned up the ones that did not.

4. Split off the news from 1998 onto it's own page to help loading of the main news page (which now covers just 1999).  You can still see all the old news (going back to mid 1995) from the links on the top of the news pages.

1. Updated a few of the Tour date pages based on info I received over the weekend from my massive Friday update.

4. I combined the Ozzfest 99 tour date page with the 1999 Tour Dates page - not sure why I had two separate pages, but all the 1999 tour dates are now on one single page.  
5. I set up pages for all the pending concert reports I have yet to post for the 99 Ozzfest & Sabbath tour dates I have.  I posted just a couple of reviews throughout these pages (May 29, Jun 2, Jun 10, Jul 22, Aug 22) - I'll post the bulk of them shortly.
6. Added a few pics to the Feb 3rd page.
7. Added concert reviews for these dates: Dec 31, 98, Feb 3, 99, June 98.
8. Updated the review for August 21, 1983.
9. Updated the bio page for Dave Walker.
10. Added an interview with Biff Butler, the son of Geezer - it was done right before Ozzfest this year.  It's a very good interview, Biff seems to have his head on straight.
11. Added an interview with Black Sabbath when Bev Bevan had just joined from Helsinki Finland - August 1983.
12. Updated the interview with Neil Murray from 1999.
13. Added some new stuff to the pictures page.  From now on, you'll be able to tell new pictures on the page by this graphic: It will automatically disappear after a few weeks.
14. Updated the comments area in the discography page for Tyr.

2. Added interactive polls which will appear on the main page.
3. All the images that were off-site elsewhere have been restored.  This site is now self-reliant again.  :D

Updated the main page - the big image that's there is now a rotating image.  There's a bunch in the queue that the randomizer will pick from, but now you'll get a different picture each time you visit the front page, hopefully giving the site a slightly different look while not actually changing anything on the page (per se).  :)

1. Fixed a typo on the Lineups page. (I had Live Evil being released in Dec 1992, not Dec 1982)
2. The site counter is busted.  I know it's stuck at #1.  It's really around 125,000 if not more.  I'm not sure of the actual count anymore.

1. Updated the "Who am I" page.  Mystery person #3 has been revealed finally!  :)   I think #2 will remain a mystery forever.

1. Did some behind the scenes work on filenames - helps reduce the amount of file size taken up on the server.  PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU SEE ANYTHING BROKEN.  Thanks.

3. Added an interview with Neil Murray from January 1999.  It's a good interview, but it's reprinted with permission - please contact the guy who wrote it if you want to reprint it from here.  Thanks.
4. Split off the 1998 Site Revision History onto it's own page.

10. Went through all the emails that I had sitting in my folder for tour date additions/corrections.  If it was for a tour that is already online, I fixed that one, and if it's for a tour I don't have online, I noted it on my master list of tour dates.  Thanks to Tapio who had sent about 30 emails over the last 6 months with this kind of stuff.  :)

1. Updated the site with the current tour date info.   Unfortunately, there's been no official word on the Buffalo date as of yet.
2. I took last week off - had a minor bit of burnout, and I didn't feel like updating the site.  It was mainly due to stress over the Get Together page, I was way behind, and then lost the mail, and didn't feel like doing it anymore.  I came to the conclusion that it was more than I had time to deal with, so I'm not doing it anymore.  I'm sorry about that.

1. Updated the site with the latest tour dates on the various pages they're on.  :)
2. I also accidentally lost a bunch of submissions for the Get Together Page.  Please resubmit if you're not there (for a future date).

2. Posted replacement dates for the Denver and SLC gigs.  Also, it appears the Memphis gig isn't going to happen.
3. Added 10 more pictures to the Chicago Picture Archive.  Check 'em out!  :)
4. Updated a few Reunion tour related pages.   Pretty minor text change related stuff, really.  

1. Removed the old Concert Reviews page, and moved it in with the Tour dates.  Ultimately, I intend on putting them elsewhere.  For now, this move seemed to make more sense to me.
2. Rearranged the Tour Dates Index page a bit.
3. Updated the Personnel by Lineups page slightly.   Noticed that whenever I added a new section, I never reworded the previous "last section".  In other words, the way it was written, the story I was telling had an "end of story" every few lines.  Corrected this.  :)

1. I heard something today that there may be a new gig added in Memphis TN on Feb 20th.  I'm trying to track this down.  Check the Reunion Tour Page for more on this as I hear it.  To this, I added a True/False Rumour section to the page.
2. Revised the layout of all the existing tour report pages so far.
3. Added some photos for the Los Angeles (1/5) and the San Jose shows.
4. Added 21 really awesome photos from the Chicago show.  Don't miss these!
5. Added a graphic to the front page that will let you vote for this site.  Please vote for this site and get Sabbath listed on the Top 100 Internet polls!
