NOTE: This completes the lyrics pages. I do not intend to do lyrics for live albums (such as LiveEvil, Cross Purposes Live), or compilation albums (We Sold Our Soul ..., Between Heaven & Hell), as these albums contain no new songs, and the lyrics for them are already on the albums they came from.
