- Did some work on the discography
today. I went through and cleaned up all the links that you can buy albums from (for
Black Sabbath - I'll deal with solo bands and projects next week). Some of the links
were wrong, and some titles are no longer carried. Anyway, I now offer sales through
both CDNow and Amazon.com. There are links on each page's discography entry where
you can buy them. Only one Sabbath album is totally unavailable on the net (that I'm
aware of) anymore, and that's Cross Purposes Live.
- Updated the News Page
with Hall of Fame Information.
- Updated the Pictures Page with a page of pictures
from Sabbath's recent apperance on the David Letterman Show.

popular at the moment. :)
- Updated the news page
with some pictures of the band at the in-store record signing in Philadelphia.
- Revised the look of the front page, mostly due to
my server load problem. I changed the picture on the front, as it's less than half
the size of the previous "menu" graphic. Hopefully, this will help.
- Removed the "text" menu page, as it's
not needed anymore.

Fanzine) to the Fanzines page (as well as updated the look of

with Tony Iommi & Tony Martin from November 1995, primarily about the recording of
Forbidden.
- Added another interview with Tony Iommi, this time from July 1995
while on tour for Forbidden.
- Added yet another interview with Tony Iommi. This time, it's
from November 1996, and is primarily questions from Black Sabbath Fan Club Members that
were asked of Iommi (by Pete Scott). This is a very cool interview.
- Added some news to the news
page about the live album, Tony Iommi's solo album, and a possible US Tour for the
original Sabbath.
- Added about 17 new pictures to the pictures page. One of them is a promo snap of the band at
the NEC gigs in December 97.

Menu. (Actually, it's just my old menu) Some people (WebTV - Ughhhh it sucks) couldn't
see the font I have for the main menu graphic.
- Posted the tour
dates for the following tours: Heaven & Hell, Mob Rules, Tyr, & Dehumanizer.
Thanks a bunch to Tapio Keihänen for typing
these things in for me. :)
- Updated the Cross Purposes & Forbidden tour
dates with some updated information.
- Forgot to mention when I updated the lineups page
on the 13th that I had some help with the new images I have there. Specifically, the
images that I added that were done by someone else are: Band 1980, Live Aid Band Shot, & Headless Cross Band Shot. These were given
to me by Andreas Nillson.
- Updated the Thanks Page.
- Posted the tour dates for the Cross Purposes Tour.
- Added two more pictures of various lineups of the
band to the lineups page, and changed the picture of
the band from Live Aid (now that I have a picture of the entire band there).
- Added a totally radical new front page look. Extra special thanks go out to Carlos
Eduardo for sending me the idea. If you like the menu, visit his web design page.
There's a link to it on the front page.
- Heard some very intersting rumours yesterday. That's all I can say. :)
- Updated the news page with some info about the live album to be released this year.
- The entire site has been uploaded with the new format. You shouldn't notice
a single thing different, I just had to change a whole lot of links and whatnot.
It's all behind the scenes stuff. Anyway, if you notice any broken links that are
not on the links page, please let me know.
- Changed the main menu page. If you were previously linking to sabbath.htm, you
need to change to the new one.
- Moved the site to a new server. The new server is on Best Internet's Frontpage 98
hosting site. Please be aware that the direct IP address for this site is
209.24.95.153. You should use that if you ever have DNS lookup problems for here.
To this, everything has changed. If you notice any problems with links and
whatnot on the site (other than the links page which I know needs work), please let me know.
- Revamped the tourdates section. I now have access to
information with tourdates and setlists for every tour Sabbath has done. I'll be slowly
getting that info online over the next few weeks. For now, the 1997 shows and the
Forbidden tour info is the only stuff online (as it was already here before I got my hands
on this information).
- Added yet another picture to the images page from Tim
Shockley!
- Added 3 more pictures to the images page from Tim Shockley!
- Added 4 more pictures to the images page. There are two
awesome shots of Tony Iommi taken by Tim Shockley, and two taken at the Hard Rock Cafe in
Memphis in December 1997 (I'm in one of them). Thanks to Tim for his awesome shots!
- Updated the news page with news about a half hour long interview
with Bill Ward from Jan 2, 1998 being available.
- Added a new Black Sabbath Store page to the site. You can buy
CD's, Books, Videos, T-Shirts, etc from this page. Actually, you could always buy CD's
from this site, I'm just making it a bit more "noticable".
- Added 17 new pictures to the Images Page. All but one of
them were scanned in myself (the one that wasn't was the picture of Bill Ward at the NEC
Dec 97 gig - that was by Alexander Rack).
- Split the books & fanzines off onto their own pages (see main page for links), and
added Mike Stark's "An Oral History of Black Sabbath" to the books page. You can
order online on the books page, too.
- Updated the look of the front page with a new font, and new pictures. I also had a third
picture, but since the front page looked too cluttered with all three of them, I'm putting
that third one on this page. :)
- Updated the Site Thanks Page.
- Moved the 1997 Site Revision History off onto its own page.
- Changed the fonts on pretty much all of the pages (except the personnel &
discography ones) to this new font I really like now, Trebuchet MS. Get it!
