I got several emails from folks about "How come they didn't play <insert name of location>" 

The Deep Purple site has a good piece of text from Roger Glover in response to the question about "Why doesn't Deep Purple play <insert name of location>"? Most people tend to give the band shit for this, when in fact they have nothing to do with it. Go read what Roger has to say about this - it applies across the board to all bands.

Please don't send me more hate mail about that - I am not Black Sabbath, I'm just a fan with a well organized web site about Sabbath. :)
