Yep, exactly.
I posted on page 19 of the album thread about a feature they had in March's Kerrang (Just bought it because it had Sabbath on it, honest!) I said it had Ozzy writing out the lyrics for a song titled...
New interview with Rick Rubin. Interesting stuff!

Well this has dried up. We need some fresh news!
Agreed. On my 4th listen now and I love it. Initially I thought the first 6 minutes kind of dragged, but they really do help build momentum after a few listens. Agree with Wicked Cricket too, Ozzy's...
It's on planet rock at 8. just over 90 minutes away.
To be honest, that doesn't annoy me really. If I had a pound for every time I've said I would rather have 8 killer tracks than 10 with filler I could probably offer it to Bill and get him to sign on...
Wilk said he would be heartbroken if he couldn't tour on this "amazing record." RATM aren't reuniting, so it must be the bands decision if true.
Love the cover, looks like the Cross Purposes cover to me. Awesome.
The clip is awesome too. I'd just like to copy across a youtube comment from the clip too
"Roses are red, violets are...
That riff at 2:20...My god, Tony you have done it again :horns:
Just re-read the article, another thing i thought i ought to add, Tony says he has never seen Ozzy so enthusiastic about anything, he also said the guys (minus bill obviously) are all getting on so...
Yeah they ain't great, i can hear Ozzy moaning them over a slow riff though.
They reminded me a bit of Megalomania's lyrics. Let's hope that's some kind of omen as it's one of my favourites....
Just finished reading it, i can sum up a few points.
* Tony has been writing the material used here for "3 or 4 years."
* Interview with Brad Wilk. Says he is the luckiest guy in rock. Also he...
Just bought the new Kerrang, purely for the Sabbath story on the cover. A 16 page piece in which it shows Ozzy writing out lyrics on a pad of paper. The song appears to be titled Isolated man. :horns:
Really curious to see the cover. Sabotage was a bit crap in my opinion. I like to look at it and think, 'All those who will leave the band, please stand"... :horns:
I agree, if i like a song straightaway it's usually forgettable. The best take a while
Black Fucking Sabbath! So excited for this, sounds like they've approached the songwriting in the right way. Can't wait!
which poster was it who guessed it was Brad Wilk just from the kit on Sabbath's facebook page? Sorry, i forget your name but well done.
Reading what you post here gets me so excited for the new record.
Really can't wait, thanks Mike :)
Mike Miley from Rival Sons could do a job filling in for bill. Surprised the band haven't told us tbh, assuming they have someone, that is.
Just a generations gap. Those influenced had to grow up and get a band together
awesome vid, thanks mate
Every metal fan will want it. They hzve built a significant fanbase in 40 years and most pre 1990's fans will buy it rather than download.
Young fans might too. Im 18 but will buy it as i want the...
