I think that might have to do with record labels. Some of those albums have rights tied to different labels and legality may be the case.

Oh no doubt! Would never happen. But it would be a cool way for the Ozz to wind his career down. Make up with the likes of Bob Daisley, Lee Kerslake, Jake E Lee, maybe Phil Soussan and some others.

Great album. A 4 out of 5 for sure. Song writing was great at the time. Lemmy and Daisley were there for some of the writing. How can you go wrong?
