She looks pretty good to be 60-something.

He is not here. He has risen!
Kayt Vigil
She was the Bassist for Pentagram at one point!
Lee Aaron in mid to late 80's...She's not only hot by her looks, she also has a powerful, rich, far-reaching and deep voice...Go check her live performances recorded in London's Camden Palace and Dominion in 1985: the band is great and the music is good hard rock, but my God how tantalizing Lee Aaron herself is...physically and vocally.
Tal Wilkenfeld, the bassist from Jeff Beck's touring band
Alissa White-Gluz of the band The Agonist:

Saboid Dubh - “The sun, the moon, the stars all bear my seal”……“Have you ever thought about your soul - can it be saved”…… “I don't want no one to tell me where I'm gonna go when I die”……“I am the world that hides the universal secret of all time”……“Nobody will ever change my ways……“Here I go again from the start and to the end”……
Lee Aaron was certainly hot. I still spin her Metal Queen (ancient double cassette of her first two albums) album now and again. I think she started losing her way when she started trying to do material that would get played on U.S. radio, when her albums weren't even released here.
I remember she talked about her appearance in Oui by saying, "Nice Little Girls From Canada Do Not Take Their Shirt Off!"
She did a completely different style of music under her real name (Karen Greening) with a Canadian band called 2preciious, though I never heard any of it.
I remember being in Canada and watching the 1985 Juno Awards (Canada's Grammy) and she was a presenter along with Rik Emmett of Triumph. Lee wore this very delectable gold jumpsuit.
As I understand, she now lives in Vancouver, is married with a couple of kids and sings lounge-style stuff.
He is not here. He has risen!
I only have her first 6 albums, the hard rocking ones from Project to Some Girls Do. And I also have her both London performances on DVD.
I've read she is singing jazz and she's pretty damn good at it too.
Lee Aaron, for me, is Lee Aaron The Metal Queen. It will stay that way, I don't want to break the spell...I only have few dear spells in my life...
P.S. It really pains me I never got a chance to see her in her prime, I was too young at that time. But I swear I would have cheered her and the great band with all my powers, one man's front row fists-aloft frenzy!

Well my favourtie women in rock/metal is ofcourse Avril Lavigne. She is the most sexy singer that exist today..![]()
I was watching BBC Four the other night and caught a 1971 episode of The Old Grey Whistle Test. The first band on were an all girl group who I'd never heard of before called FANNY:
I was immediately taken with the bassist/singer and have been obsessed with her ever since.
Here's the clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pukOcZ4Tjk0
I was gonna start a separate thread titled "I Like Fanny", but thought I'd post it here instead.

Mention of these two ladies stretches it a bit:
Allison Krauss (I have been smitten with her ever since I first saw one of her album covers about 10 years ago) - after all, she is singing with Robert Plant!
Candice Night - Ritchie Blackmore records with her and married her, 'nuff said!
He is not here. He has risen!
Here's a link to her now:

If you have an eight year old son, and you're getting fat anyway...
you're doing something wrong.
Does anybody remember a band from the mid-'80s called Cheetah? I think they were from Australia, or maybe New Zealand, and were fronted by two rather hot girls (sisters?).

It's stretching it a bit to call them hard rock, but there was a band called Toronto (guess where they were from?) in the '80s. They had a couple of cute ones in singer Holly Woods (cool stage name) and guitarist Sheron Alton:

Christina Scabbia is incredibly hot. But I'd also add Simone Simmons from Epica. See it yourself:

"The consequence of conscience/Is that you'll be left somewhere/Swinging in the air"-Ronnie James Dio (1942-2010) R.I.P. King Of Metal
"Just take a look around you what do you see/Pain, suffering, and misery/It's not the way that the world was planned/It's a pity you don't understand" - Geezer Butler
"If god is in heaven/How can this happen here" - Phil Lynott (1949-1986)
Doro Pesch is not only hot, but unlike most of these pretty chicks she can actually sing and write great music and lyrics too! So I think she would get my voice.
Veronica Freeman is also a nice to look at and she has great talent too...her lyrics are brilliant....and the voice...good lord the voice.
-Too many flames, with too much to burn, and life's only made of paper. Oh how I need to be free of this pain but it goes over and over and over again-
Jex Thoth (singer of the band of the same name. Great music!)

I like Avril Lavigne and the girl from Halestorm.
Cristina Scabbia
My final vote goes like this:
Circa 1985: LEE AARON
Still today after 25 years in rock: DORO PESCH
Special citation for being...just her magnificent self: TARJA TURUNEN
