Last concert I went to was Ozzfest at Glen Helen, which was kind of a mixed experience.

The concert before that was Heaven and Hell at the Greek theatre, completely awesome experience.

You won't regret seeing Slash! Seen him last year, and the whole band is really good, the singer Myles Kennedy is alot better than Axel Rose! Seeing him again soon...

Yesterday I saw Deep Purple in my city. Oh boy, is amazing how good they are. All of them in perfect shape. So powerful and professional, a 'must' for many new bands that really aspire to have a career in hard rock or heavy metal.

By the way, Guillan mentioned that there is possibility of a new record. Let's cross fingers guys!

    Best!

I gathered the bands I've already seen/been planning to see this year into this "tour poster"...makes me think that the metal majesty of 2011 is simply unbeatable in my books!!!

I think I'll have to catch them live at some point since DP is one my very favorites, but it just isn't the same without Blackmore and Lord - the equivalent of Sabbath without Iommi & Butler IMO. It would be amazing to see one more reunion with the classic Mark II line-up, but it's not going to happen. I would give my full support for a Mark III reunion too though

Great poster! I'm going to see Maiden and Cooper as well, and I seriously want to attend the Sauna Open Air to witness the power of Priest for the first time live on their one final hurrah. And Tarot, one of my absolute favorite bands, being on the same day doesn't hurt me a bit I just hope that Priest would announce an independent indoor gig in Finland, and I would love to see Tarot doing their own gig with a full set list too (saw them on a festival last year, and the setlist was too short for my liking). And Sauna Open Air also has Ozzy and Helloween on the first day, and I'd very much like too see both of them too, but a two day ticket is expensive and I did saw Helloween in december, so...

Wow, umm, Allman Brothers 40th Anniversary show in March 2009 at the Beacon.

Got a buddy that wins alot of radio tickets, and since nobody listens to the radio, and TM/prices have killed a lot of concert business, we go to a lot of shows on comp tix.

I do miss going to festivals.
Went to Mid-town Music in Atlanta for 5,6 years straight.

Black Sabbath Reunion Tour..whenever the hell that was.

My concert days are over but I would like to see Rammstein if they ever come by my way...and before they call it quits. Till Lindermann has always said that he will hang it up when he turns 50. I think that may be next year.

My second favorite band and I don't understand a word that they're saying.

I'm a bit behind, catching up.

May 8, 2011 - Welcome to Rockville Festival, Jacksonville, FL (3 stages, 25 bands)
Lineup included Godsmack, Stone Sour, Seether, Cold, Puddle of Mud, Theory of a Dead Man, My Darkest Days, Rev Theory, Skillet, Halestorm, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus.
Is it just me, or does somebody else believe it?
I'm not alone, and I'm not afraid.

    Next 2 shows:

July 18 Knoxville, TN: Blackstone Cherry with Pop Evil, Lansdowne and KYNG opening.

July 27 Virginia Beach, VA: Warped Tour (A Day To Remember, my son's favorite band is on the bill, I'm going as a chaperone and possibly find something new and interesting musically)

Opeth in 2006 at Bogarts in Cincinatti Ohio...

Yeah, I know I really need to see more shows. I got married shortly after and somehow magically I didn't have any money any more... Funny how that works... lol

Last concert tickets that made their way to my Visa bill were for 3 teenage girls (my daughters) to see Rihanna in Los Angeles this past Tuesday.

Last concert tickets that I bought... well, that's hard, since most of the time I'm somebody else's guest at concerts... (I'm lucky to have such friends, I know)...

Well, actually, I buy concert tickets and then my crowd anxiety/phobia kicks in and then I never see the show, so the last concert tickets I bought were for Candlemass, 2009 tour. I didn't see the show.

The last concert that I bought tickets for and then actually made it to the show was Symphony X in 2007.
