Seems to be the same basic skin, with some differences though...That otherone might be the basic version, and Joe has altered this one a bit more....this is better looking I must say. Out of almost every forum I've ever been I like this skin here the best.

Megadeth forums too had the same skin. Basically its the similar forum vbulletin skin.
