    Default Question about "Seventh Star" the song

    All : I would like to know Just got into this era of Sabbath with Glenn Hughes,Tony Martin,etc and I was listening to the song "Seventh Star". An I was wondering what is it about? Anyone know? Maybe Mythological,ancient Egypt something like that I'm guessing. But I could be wrong. Anyone know what it is really written about. Thanks.

    Tony explains what he knows about it at about 1:45 into the video:



    Garry Sharpe-Young's book: Black Sabbath - Never Say Die (1979 - 1997) mentions how Geoff Nichols wrote the lyrics to Seventh Star, and was inspired by biblical prophecies, folklore and whatnot.
