Also.. Re: Some emails I got.. 2012 Tour is a non issue, IMHO. If it doesn't happen - who cares. Tony needs to be healthy and cancer free FIRST.
Get well Tony, All love to you and your family
Now... I have to say I have been on this website since I was in grade 4. This was the only site I would constantly be on looking though the disco, bios, the history of this band. I've joined the forums a few times before my permanent profile NWO.. and Guys, I grew up with yous haha. This board is like a Family. Were always here when news breaks about our idols. So I just gotta say really is Keep Praying,im Praying, all of us Sabbath fans are Family and I know each one of us will be here checking up on mr.Iommi. I am as saddened as everyone else. But everything will be okay!! Long Live Rock n Roll, Long live Black fucking Sabbath!
R.I.P. Ronald Padavona,Ronnie James Dio,DIO,Legend.
I have really nothing to say here, don't know why replied except this is typical of cancer always striking the wrong people at the wrong time. strange, Tony looks so healthy this also happening way too close to Dio's death. (I am not a fan of him per say) but for Sabbath fans...ANY Sabbath fan to get kicked when you're already down, especialy when something really good in Sabbath is trying to happen!
I can't beleive it..i have no words..I hope Tony get well soon
"if you want to find me, if you really care, follow the tears, they're everywhere"
"Then they were thrown to the ground Wiht a terrible sound Just like somebody broke a heart Rock 'N' Roll Children Alone again Rock 'N' Roll Children Without a friend But they got Rock 'N' Roll"
Damn it. Terrible, unthinkable news. Tony, put up the good fight brother. Don't let it get you. I will pray for your speedy recovery.

Right now i'm listening to the positive music of Morbid's demo December Moon while i'm raisng my vodka-shot in cheers for Tony's health.

Horrid news to hear about my favorite guitarist in the world. And, I just got the Iommi book for Christmas and have been reading it, so this really sucks.
My hopes and prayers go with Tony in his fight, and the reunion will have to wait. I'm sure Ozzy, Geezer and Bill are all being supportive through this and everyone here is, that's for sure.
All I can say is-Tony, be well and win this fight my friend.
I look forward to the updated version of the book where Tony beats lymphoma!
Best wishes Tony for a speedy recovery. God Bless.
I'm sure he'll continue working on the new album as long as he can, but I think the tour is a no go sadly.
I don't know if I'm up or down Wether black is white or blue is brown The colour is my life are all different somehow Little boy blue's a big girl now
Well this is damn depressing, comes at such a positive time for Sabbath too. I hope Tony gets well soon, and hopefully we'll still get the tour and album at some point, but Tony's health is first of course.
-Too many flames, with too much to burn, and life's only made of paper. Oh how I need to be free of this pain but it goes over and over and over again-
Get well Tony, words can't describe how i'm feeling. Best wishes to you and your family.
Let me tell you now, about a friend of mine. He tried to shoot them lights, with whiskey and the wine. He didn't get so far, ah his gun was wrong. Now my sweet friend, where's your song? Shoot out the lights, shoot out the lights.
I went ahead and sent an email too, boy this is really depressing. Sending the email at least means I did something for one of my idols even if it's a simple thanks for a life of music and a get well soon. I'm almost at a loss for words right now, had a hard time sending the email, it just continues to hit me more and more as I think about it.
Best wishes Tony Iommi. I know you can beat the cancer. If I survived cancer, you can.
Very best from the Metal Heads in Kentucky beat this and live a long life!!!!!
Get well soon Tony
At least my hair is all mine, My teeth are my own, but everything else is on a permanent loan I'm on a low budget - Ray Davies
Like cancer survivors Brian, Whitesabbath and Blackguard have stated, cancer can be beaten, we all know of friends and family who have. I too thought of Tony's good friend Eddie Van Halen, I know he had some form of cancer a few years back and obviously has beaten it. Tony's as strong as iron, he's a natural born fighter and if anyone can, it's Tony I. God speed on your recovery!
Wow. Truly unbelievable news. Sincerely Tony, get better, we know you can beat this! You'll be in my prayers Tony.
If the magic comes between us
And we never meet again

Read this, this morning while I was sitting in the doctors office... Pretty much has had me in a bummed mood all day. Wishing the best for Tony, and all my hopes are with him that he beats this cancer.
I make the devil laugh and angels wail. Forever I will reside beyond the pale.

I was shocked when I saw the news on my Facebook feed this morning. My grandmother's husband was diagnosed with lymphoma about ten years ago, and he's no worse for wear, plus they found it early, so I'm hoping everything will turn out fine. Postpone the album and tour as long as you want, if it will help Mr Iommi.
Get well Tony, we want to hear more from you!

You can beat this Tony!! :D

All I can say is that I wish Tony a swift recovery
Well I don’t want no preacher telling me about the god in the sky
No I don’t want no one to tell me where I’m gonna go when I die
I wanna live my life, I don’t want people telling me what to do
I just believe in myself, ’cause no one else is true
shit, I woke up to this news! I hope this really ie early stages, I mean, after Dio's cancer where he was postponing a medical examination while on tour, Tony surely will have learned the lesson and did all the tests quickly!!! get well soon!!!
my best wishes to Tony, I' m really sad for him.
That is me on chemo for lymphoma.
I dropped to 179 pounds. I had a stage 4.
Which is just before death.
I was having night sweats and chills.
When I started taking chemo I also started getting 2 bags of steriods by IV every week.
I played this gig while on chemo and drinking beer 3 months later.
I also recorded 2 albums while on chemo!
My hair did not fall out. I took 3 different kinds of chemo for like 8 months.
It will make some people loose thier hair and some loose thier finger nails and toe nails.
Maybe since Tony is in early stages he can take radition and kill it.
And probally chemo for 3 months.
Also I flew 10 times to see my son while taking chemo.
From Mississippi to Laredo Texas.
I was and still take Xanax and painpills for the nerve damage I exsperinced.
I also has to get ct scans every 5 to 6 months.
This is sad...I simply wait for news since it is out of our hands. He has already accomplished so much. If he survives, we get more great music and laughter from him. If he passes, he goes a genius. Death is inevitable, but preventable for a long time so I hope is OK.
Also, cut out cigarettes and/or second-hand smoke and eat a good diet with lots of veggies and fruit. Positive thinking. Get well soon.
Tony - you have been my hero for so many years and I have gotten so much enjoyment out of your work.
I am praying for you to BEAT THIS.
He is not here. He has risen!
to tony iommi the greatest "never say die"
I was just released from my 12th surgery in 6 years, and this literally knocked me on my ass.
I was IN the hospital when we lost Dio and freaked.
I wish him the best, hope the best treat him, and hope he takes time to rest and recuperate.
It's exhausting treatment, his health matters more to me than any tour or album. I'd rather have him
just here so a good thing in an inconsistent world can keep motivating all of us.
I'm seriously just damn losing it while trying to send the requested best wishes vibes.
I hope he'll be okay. Poor Tony. That was a shock to hear. A couple guys at the shop mentioned it yesterday.
Have already posted, but this is really bothering me. The world NEEDS Tony Iommi. The greatest guitarist of all time, period. I hope and pray you get better bro. No other band has influenced me more than Black Sabbath, and no other guitarist has had the affect on me like you. Kick cancer in the ass man.

All the best wishes to you and your family; everything else is unimportant now. Beat this, and then unfurl the great music this ‘little disease’ tried to hide.
All the best
