yeah you "stole" the cough in the beginning of Sweet Leaf and the line "well my child of love's creation" or something like that from... uuh... Some song off Sabotage? Megalomania? Or was it Symptom of the Universe? Must have been Symptom of the Universe... I'm tired, don't judge me :D Anyway, the song I saw this in was of course "sabbathlovechild", it was interesting mostly because of the sound picture, but the production feels like it's been done with quite inadequate tools, or is it supposed to sound so raspy and "noise generator-ish"? I wouldn't prefer such a sound myself at least but hey, what do I know :D Oh, now I noticed the line "come and step inside my dreams" as well... anyway, the song was nice :D
"There in the middle of the circle he stands, searching, seeking, with just one touch of his trembling hand, the answer will be found.
Daylight waits while the old man sings, heaven help me! And then like the rush of a thousand wings, it shines upon the one. And the day has just begun..."
    (1975)
-Ronnie James Dio, Rest in Peace

"In the summer days we flew to the sun, on melting wings, but the seasons changed to fast, leave us all behind... Blind..." (1969)
    - Jon Lord, Rest in Peace

Woman child of love’s creation, come and step inside my dreams
In your eyes I see no sadness you are all that loving means
Take my hand and we’ll go riding through the sunshine from above
We’ll find happiness together in the summer skies of love

Best part of ANY Sabbath-song IMO. Hippie-Sabbath...
(And yeah, it's Symptom Of The Universe...)
    AAAAhahhahahhahhahaahhahhahahahha!!!!!!! (pointing)

Hehe yeah those are some awesome lyrics, maybe not THE strongest for me but totally one of the strongest, perhaps top 3 from the Ozzy-era at least, something like that.

I'm not a fan of the rather hippie-esque lyrical content per se, but musically that segment is one of the band's shining moments. Iommi's jazzy lead playing is simply magnificent.

"Just take a look around you what do you see/Pain, suffering, and misery/It's not the way that the world was planned/It's a pity you don't understand" - Geezer Butler

When i said best part of any Sabbath-song, i actually meant the music rather than the lyrics. And the music is very Hippie too, i feel. Spanish psychedellia-funk.
