In the realm of Christian theology I always thought of angels in general as being powerful creatures with sometimes fearful power. If I were to take a Christian view of Sabbath's music I would say it's more like the powerful anthem of Michael the archangel chasing Satan from Heaven. (In most cases)

Even Satan himself must smile in admiration to Iommi's wickedly evil sound and tone. Though Tony's no devil worshiper one must admit he plays the Piper to the devil's dance. Maybe it's God's way of evening things out, or giving man a fair fight!

Idk but I would imagine if God and the Devil were playing poker, there would be no aces just pictures of Tony Iommi.
