Good review as always, I had forgotten that I actually pretty much disliked this album as well. I liked a few more tracks than you did, but overall it's still not that good. A bit disappointing esp. since it's the only Ozzy record with Geezer on bass.

Thanks for taking the time Dr. Fukk. Great review as always. I will have to disagree with you though as Ozzmosis is my second favorite Ozzy album behind Diary. I think Ozzy sounds amazing vocally and the songwriting is very mature and done very well. The band Ozzy formed was just called X Ray and it was Ozzy, Steve Vai, Bob Daisley and Dean Castranova. They have an album in the can that was never released. Hopefully someday it will see the light of day. The song My Little Man was written during those sessions but the version on Ozzmosis is recorded by Zakk as there was an issue with the record company to prohibit Vai to play on it.

A lot of the Bsides were written and recorded in 1992 with Michael Wagner. There are also Demo versions of Perry Mason, See You On The Other Side and Old LA Tonight done at the same time. That whole recording was scrapped and they started over with Beinhorn. One last thing, I don't believe that is Joe Holmes on Walk On Water and that Jim Vallance played the guitar on the track as he Co Wrote the song with Ozzy.

Great to see another review from you man! I agree that this is where Ozzy started to suck, although I'm not too big a fan of No More Tears either. I prefer Ozzmosis to Down to Earth however, but not by much.

I had forgotten how horrible this album was. Thank you for the reminder and for your hard work making the review video. If I did a review video of this album it would be shorter than Bambi Meets Godzilla but I'd lower the boom just as hard. In fairness, I like the song Perry Mason too.

Ozzmosis was definitely a step in a whole new direction for Ozzy, despite that though I don't find it a bad thing. I think most of the album is still pretty awesome. Great review Dr. Fukk!

Ozzmosis was always my least favorite until Under Cover & Black Rain were released.
