Nice. Not that it was the best 100 riffs, but he played very well. Jumping back and forth in rythm like that demands a good musical mind. And i love how he went back n' forth to drop-d and regular tuning, seemingly on feeling. (But i suspect he had a tuner in that foot-pedal rig... )

Well... people probably wouldn't like if he ONLY played Black Sabbath songs up until 1995 :D He is a great guitarist on the technical side, but his tone in some of the riffs is beyond horrible. I mean srsly, what pedals does this guy use to get that horrible distortion? Or is he just plain worthless at adjusting the settings? Still an interesting video, thanks for sharing this gunman!

There are a couple of the top 100 riffs that are written by others than Tony

Yeah fine I agree, there are some. In my own serious list, if I bothered to make one, Tony would probably not get more than 80 riffs, maybe even less :O I mean Zeppelin's "The Ocean", Purple's "Getting Tighter" and most obvious of them all Rainbow's "16th Century Greensleeves" just HAVE TO be in the list. Still the vast majority does belong to Tony, no discussion needed.
