  1. Hey Joe…went to the Mohegan Sun gig…as well as PNC. Ozzy’s voice still strong, and the sound quality at the Sun was really good for that venue (not known for it) The band was solid and just as good here as they were at PNC. They did drop Methademic from the set. I think many anticipated this would happen…it wasn’t working live. Wish they would have added something else, like Loner…or Dear father (my favorite track on 13). I hope they continue to go on to have a successfuul tour. Ozzy keeps telling the crowd at the end of the show that they will be back next year…….let’s hope so. !!

  2. Joe…just a follow up and my personal opinion. For those fans stating ‘no Bill, not Sabbath”….they are missing out if they do not see the show for that reason. Bill ward was a great drummer for Sabbath. But over many years, bands change personel and you have to deal with it. Other bands did it and it seems no one even knows. Rush doesnt perform with their original drummer…John Rutsey was the one who played on original Working Man and What You’re Doing. Judas Priest had revolving Drummers after Rocka Rolla. Dave Holland came around at British Steel and was not the talent of Les Binks who provided the power sound of their heavest albums Stained Class and Hell Bent for Leather. (Tipton and Halford weren’t even the founding members). And what version of Deep Purple do fans consider to be Deep Purple….3 different singers acount for many successful albums…but most only remeber the Machine head line up. Metalica has had four Bassist and Burton wasn’t the first…..it goes on and on. Bands change…You have todeal with the changes

So to all the fans……if you get the opportunity to see the band….now on the SA leg of the tour….go out and see them……it is SABBATH doing what they do best. Play great music and providing a great show
