In my opinion, if this is meant to be "all eras", this should probably go in the "General" section of the Black Sabbath forum.
How could this poison be the dream of my soul
How did my fantasies take complete control, yeah

I agree with Ryan. Anyway, I'm sure this isn't a complete list, because it's just off of my memory.

        Paris 1970
        California Jam 1974
Hammersmith Odeon 1978 (officially released as Never Say Die)
New York 1980 (with Blue Oyster Cult, officially released as Black and Blue)
Moscow 1989 (two shows, Afternoon and Evening)
        Sao Paulo 1992
        Rio De Janeiro 1992
        Monsters of Rock 1992
Hammersmith Apollo 1994 (officially released as Cross Purposes Live)
        Monsters of Rock 1994
        Brazil 1994
        Malta 1995
The Last Supper (recorded in 1999, officially released; I'm not sure of date(s) or venue)
        Ozzfest 2005

Those are the only ones I know. I'm sure edtrader would know a lot more than me, but I think I might have gotten most of them. I'm pretty sure that Hammersmith Odeon 1986 with Ray Gillen was filmed but never released due to bad lighting, so I didn't include it in my list.

Not sure about the definition of Proshot. But there are also these:

            Beat Club - Bremen - 1970
1st US tour - New York - 1970 (seen snippets - no sound?)
            Don Kirshner's Rock Concert - Santa Monica - 1975

Here is a cool 1997 rockumentary type video. Never seen it before. Which also has some cool old vids.

Proshot means professionally shot -- filmed with professional cameras, usually with more than one.

I don't know all of Sabbath's proshot shows, but The Last Supper was filmed throughout their North American tour in 1999...I think it says it at the beginning of the DVD.
