On Prime Evil, track six. Though it is just the metal part of the song, not the soft intro.

Took me a while to find htis thread, but I just recently found a copy of this great Dio Era Black Sababth Tribute album:

                1. Forsaken - E5150/Neon Knights
                2. Memory Garden - Country Girl
                3. Berenice - Letters From Earth
                4. Last Chapter - Children Of The Sea
                5. Mood - Lonely Is The Word
                6. The Tempter - Falling Off The Edge Of The World
                7. Leaf - After All (The Dead)
                8. Seasons Of The Wolf - Buried Alive
                9. Syris - Wishing Well
                10. Mesmerize - Die Young

Add Benedictum's covers of Heaven And Hell and Mob Rules and it would be even greater.

Every single cover mentioned is nowhere near as good as the original.

The Flaming Lips doing War Pigs is the best:

Jorn - Lonely Is The Word/Letters From Earth (also has small takes of SOTSC and Children Of The Sea if my memory serves me correctly)
Black Label Society - Snowblind (one of the few occasions I actually like Wyldes playing)

Just to pop my head back in... either Amon Amarth's version of Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, or 1000 Homo DJs version of Supernaut. Both of those are as good, if not slightly better than the originals.
