Looks like the second disc of The Mob Rules Deluxe Edition is the "Live at Hammersmith Odeon" release

Interesting. I didn't think they would release Hammersmith again...Well it's great news for all those that didn't have the chance to buy the Handmade limited edition!

I wonder how much different to the Rules Of Hell will Live Evil sound? How much was it edited?

        ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!!

This is a first in sabb history, innit, deluxe editions with actual real bonus!!!

Including finally the extremely-often bootleg Hartford concert, and all those b-sides (which I have all, but never ind!)

Its good they are getting deluxe treatment. Only downturn is there really isnt anything there we havnt heard before. Demos or something would be great

I'm seriously looking forward to this. And yeah, it does appear that Live at Hammersmith Odeon has been included! Nice to see the alternate version of Mob Rules creeping in.

It's a shame Dehumanizer isn't getting this treatment. Maybe that will be done at a later date?

So much for Live at Hmmersmith being limited to 5000 CDS. I hope the alt version of Mob Rules is not the Heavy Metal version.

I wouldn't hold my breath about this : It's well known that Iommi doesn't like release demos, but it's also well known that Dio absolutely hates even the idea of demos being heard anywhere. Like he said once : "If it wasn't good enough to be on the record then, then there's no reason for it to be on a record now." I believe that if Tony wants to keep on working with Dio, then he'll make sure that no demo from this era ever sees the light of day !
Tony Iommi Fact #216: In fact, most demolition companies donít use explosives to collapse buildings, only a good stereo and a copy of ďDehumanizerĒ.

Great news! I managed to miss the Live at Hammersmith Odeon cd, even though it took some time before the record store in my hometown had sold them all. So I'm really looking forward to the release of the expanded Mob Rules. Mob Rules is my favorite Dio-fronted Sabbath record anyway, so I don't mind buying the album again.

I can understand that. If demos surface, then it mean they have been stolen, and I don't think anyone likes being robbed !

Definitely buying these two deluxe editions. I want those live songs especially but also I wish to give my support for the 30th anniversary celebration.

I wonder what's the content of the DVD release after these have come out? The mythical Black & Blue footage? Some other Heaven & Hell show from 1980? Recent live performances of the songs from the album?

Whatever it is, bring it on!!!

I own a number of Rhino Handmade titles, and I have never seen one go as fast as the Sabbath Hammersmith one. Since then, I have never seen it sold since for less than $200. So that's fantastic that it going to be available again in this package.
