I'll go for my favorite Sabbath opener, the one I usually listen to most often. Of the Sabbath openers, I really love Hole in the Sky the most!

The one and only, greatest opener on any album ever!

              BLACK SABBATH

              then War Pigs

              Sabbath Bloody Sabbath

              Never Say Die

              Neon Knights

              The Gates of Hell/Headless Cross

              The Shining

When I think about album openers, I don't think Back Street Kids is a good opener for that album, I feel like "You Won't Change Me" or "Gypsy" would had been better openers for Technical Ecstasy.
Another one is I feel like "After Forever" would had been a better opener than "Sweet Leaf".

I think that Rock and Roll Doctor might have been the right way to kick off Technical Ecstasy.

I think so too Ozzy Chevy, great song and it would make a great opener for Technical Ecstasy, or Gypsy.

The best opener would have to be Neon Knights and no one can deny the Ultimate War Pigs.

Always thought E5150 / Mob Rules should have been the opener!

That surely would’ve been the best album opener, better than Turn Up The Night.
