      I agree this song can be interpreted as a dig at Dio.

      There is a demo song from the Dehumanizer sessions called "The Next Time" which has the same riff used in this song. I would say that Dio most likely said to Iommi he didn't like the riff and so the song was dropped from Dehumanizer. Later when the new band got together for Cross Purposes, Iommi played this rejected riff to the others and they probably all thought Dio was mad not to like the it so probably inspired the lyrics for this song.

        Well that's the whole thing with lyrics, you can interpret them how you like, like Manson with the White album.
