Rush, I don't really know Triumph, but I can't believe they are anyway near as good as Rush, one of my top 5.
My name is Lucifer please take my hand.

Rush. That's not even a choice, it's just facts.

I'm with the previous 3 Posters. Rush for sure. IMHO Triumph's 1st 3 albums - all released in the 70's - were their best.

Seems like Rush is the winner.

Rush, but with reservations. They lost me at Grace Under Pressure.

I saw Triumph live three times (including headlining over Ozzy at the American Rock Festival, Kalamazoo, Michigan, Memorial Day Weekend 1984.

I enjoyed Triumph better as a live band.

However, they lost me at The Sport Of Kings, when they decided to go full-on for American pop stations with "Someone's Out There."

                    But two totally different bands.

Their only commonalities were they were both three-piece bands from Toronto (although Geddy Lee and John Rutsey were actually the only ones native to Toronto) with blonde guitarists who both played double-neck guitars.
He is not here. He has risen!

TRIUMPH I love the guitar work. It is heavy and raw.
