have you heard the news? the 8 who said Sabbath and the 16 who said neither are wrong. Chinese Democracy is due out this fall and then he'll tour! So its been ten years for him, perhaps Sabbath has a chance afterall.

Well while I still go with Chinese Democracy, I'd advise you not to put any stock into what Axl says about the release date. This has been about the 40th release date estimation he's given over the past 11 years.

Yeah, and you know why? Cause the album will sound like shit, so he´s getting the maximum press he can, so people will buy the album just ´cause they are curious, and not due it's quality

Genesis (gabrial-hackett-other three)recorded carpet creepers 26 years after there last record.

And they recorded it (Carpet Crawlers, that is) on their record 26 years ago (Lamb Lies Down On Broadway), so not quite the same thing here. Nice re-recording, no more, no less. Just a way to sell a greatest hits album to fans who already owned everything else on it.

This is crazy. Chinese Democracy is the folly work of a drugged up dick head. On the other hand another black sabbath album seems too unlikely. So I said neither will happen.

You know, these days I'd bet on the new GnR album, because Axl is actually doing something and playing songs off it (I've read this at a reputable site). Black Sabbath on the other hand seems completely dead.

Axl has at least actually recorded lots of stuff.

But then for me it's a case of which am I bothered about...G'n'R - couldn't give a toss. If they were playing in my back yard I'd close the curtains!

His last name was Rose, and if you add the letter A, x, and l you can spell Oral Sex. So Axl Rose...oral sex. Axle Rose...oral sex, e. That's how he got the name

There is a thread about Chinese Democracy on the Nightwish froums, and one of the members said he heard some pre-released songs or demos or something and said something along the lines of, "When this comes out, look out because Velvet Revolver will shrivel up and die. These songs are great!" So apparently (if he's telling the truth) it's coming out soon and it'll be great.

Nah, they're shit. I don't know if Velvet revolver wants to compete with the new Guns N' Roses, but I don't think they can. Just the name drags lots of people.

But man, Robin Fink and some nobody on the guitars? Come on! They even played Christina Aguilera's "Beautiful" on tour, can you believe that? It's a joke, it's a fucking joke!!!

I really don't mind y'know. I just think he could've found someone good to replace him.

You can download some of the demos here http://www.********.org/tor/234627 .

I think they're pretty good songs. They're better than I thought they were going to be.

Thanks man! But I were you, I'd delete that link. It's against the rules, I think. I almost did the same thing once, and Joe didn't like it.
