Blaze Bayley in Turku last night! Bloody great show as usual, Blaze is a front man like no other, he really takes his crowd and makes us feel like heroes every time...And such a nice guy too, I got the chance again to talk to him before the show for about 15 minutes, what a great chat...such an easy guy to talk to and very gracious towards his fans. And above all a bloody great singer too!

Tool, Red Rocks, Colorado. Got FRONT ROW for BOTH nights. I guess being crippled does have some advantages.

Just before that, Roger Waters, Dallas.

    Just before that, Rush, Dallas.

Just before that, Rush, Red Rocks, Colorado.

Just before that, Iron Maiden/Dream Theater, Dallas.

Just before that, Iron Maiden/Dream Theater, The Woodlands.

This week I'll buy Tool Austin and OKC.

It's been an expensive spring. Just the Ticketmaster service charges add up to some serious scratch. Fuckers.

Well I haven't bought the ticket yet, but I'll be going to see Hail! in Helsinki on Tuesday at Dante's...

Being a member of Tim's forum I talked with him and I should be getting a backstage pass to have a bit of a meet and greet with the almighty Ripper! I'm pretty stoked really, since I haven't met him before nor have I even seen him preform...
I know they are going to be playing some Ronnie related stuff, Heaven And Hell, Stand Up And Shout atleast, most likely something more too..

    Should be a great show!

The last concert I actually bought tickets for was Nine Inch Nails in Orlando back in Oct. 2008. Been a rough road since then, but hopefully I'll start making up for it soon.

Guns N Roses here in Uruguay. With guest Sebastian Bach.

Bach sounded awesome and did a great show, the audience (aprox. 25 thousand) loved it.
It had all the cliches of rock "I love you Uruguay" "You are the best crowd ever" etc. But it was such a good show and Bach & his band worked so hard through the entire ser, that the crowd (almost no one knew his material, even from Skidrow) loved it and it was the highlight of the evening.

GNR... Axls voice was not heard the entire evening. That ruined the night for me and almost everyone. Waht a crapp.

Queensryche- I maintain they put on the best live show.

Slayer, Megadeth, Anthrax--repeat of the Clash of the Titans line-up.

I was planning on seeing Black Label Society on their Berzerkus tour as well, but I didn't know Slayer was coming back around, so maybe.

Saw the sartorially elegant & musically wonderful CROWDED HOUSE at the Bowery last night.

Always great to see a big band in an intimate (550 capacity I think) setting. Certainly a little different to seeing their "farewell" (eh?) show at Sydney Opera House with 200,000 crazy Aussies back in '96.

Neil Finn hasn't lost any of that amazing voice & it's always nice to see the look on the faces of more casual fans when a "pop" band breaks into extended jams with ripping guitar solos...

Two and a half hours of perfection...

Caught Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers at the Garden last night. Great show, and wonderful to see Mike Campell unleashed & ripping out some awesome solos. My kinda guitar player...

Also caught an awesome BLACK KEYS midnight show at Terminal 5... AWESOME.

I need some sleep... I'm getting to old for this shit...

I didn't buy the ticket, but I saw Aerosmith on Monday night at the Mid State Fair. Great concert and I had great "seats." I say seats in quotes as there wasn't a soul anywhere near me who sat for even a moment.

    We were up and rawking!!

I saw Cheap Trick one time at a County Fair up near San Fran. There were seats, and security wouldn't allow anyone there to even stand up. The band even gave the staff hell for that. It was a very strange night. The band was amazing that night though.

I saw Detroit's finest "Seduce" this past Saturday. Put on one heck of a show.

I also have recently purchased tickets for:

    Ozzy - 02.12.11

    and

Avenged Sevenfold - 02.05.11 (this ticket appears to be going to my oldests girlfriend) I will get to drive them to and from the show.
