Black Sabbath, self titled album.
Never Say Die for me. Its not my favorite one. I really dont fave a favorite. It would be a tie with Vol 4 and Sabbath Bloody Sabbath and Sabotage masters of reality and the first one. But something about Never Say Die. For the past decade its the one I put on the most.
Black Sabbath, self titled album.
"Without Black Sabbath there never would have been an Ozzy, and without Ozzy there never would have been a Black Sabbath"
"If there ever was a band whose voice is so significant and distinct, that band is Black Sabbath and the voice is Ozzy Osbourne"

Side 2 of Paranoid.
Casting his shadow, weaving his spell, funny clothes, tinkling bell.
Definitely Black Sabbath. With '80s it's much harder. Probably "the eternal idol". And absolutely "Dehumanizer" for '90s.
Nice to see you around Dr. (by the way I love your band!)
The one I listen to the most is Sabbath Bloody Sabbath followed by Vol 4.
EDIT: actually after talking with the other Doc, Doc John - I realize that NSD is my most listened to album according to Itunes! I love the album, but I am a bit surprised.

Do what thou will shall be the whole of the law
I'd say the first album or 'Master Of Reality'.![]()
Definitely Technical Ecstasy or Never Say Die. I think TE is in a slight lead but it's hard to tell. The first three get very rare listens since I've heard them so many times and get to hear them on EVERY SINGLE BOOTLEG AND OFFICIAL LIVE RELEASE. ARGH. SBS and Sabotage get quite a few listens as well but I've worn them down to a much greater degree at the moment than TE and NSD.

A tie. Master of Reality/Vol. 4
I can't seem to get enough of those two.
Volume 4 for me.
Master of reality
Recently it would be TE but over say the last 5 years it would be SBS and Sabotage.
My name is Lucifer please take my hand.
In recent years Vol 4
Overall in the last 30 years, SBS and Sabotage
Vol4 closely followed by Technical Ecstasy for me.
Always the first 4 albums, they are the best. If I listen to one of them, I have to add the other 3 albums to the program. Sabbath Bloody Sabbath and Sabotage are usually there as well.
"He is the King of all kings, the keeper of light...He holds eternity's wings"
Recently technical ecstasy but overall probably paranoid.
They all get their equal share of play time really apart from nsd.
Vote leave if u want totally cool either way
I keep close track of these sort of things. Here are my listening stats for the last 30 days:
Black Sabbath - 5 listens
Paranoid - 1.5 listens
Master of Reality - 17 listens
Vol. IV - 4 listens
Sabbath Bloody Sabbath - 24 listens
Sabotage - 15 listens
Technical Ecstasy - 415 listens
Never Say Die! - 42 listens
Black Sabbath followed closely by Vol. 4

Ehh... The debut, maybe? Or Sabotage? MoR, perhaps? Who knows... As those are my favorites, i guess it must be one of them...
95% of everything i say is pure bullshit just for the fun of it. The other 95% is damn serious!Til árs ok friðar ok forn siðr
I definitely listen to Paranoid the least, only cause you hear those songs all the time, every time...like all the Sabbath stuff I could rattle off the lyrics/hum the melody to every song in order off by heart to this day.
The debut album is eternally fresh...dunno I can only separate paranoid as the one I listen to least, the rest all get a good spin.
This is a tough one, I don't know for sure but my best guess is sabotage due to having two of my favorite songs ever: Megalomania and the writ

This
But I have mainly been listening to several bootlegs I have bought from ebay. Mainly from the 78 Tour. Currently listening to Hammermith... the COMPLETE Hammersmith, not that DVD setlist which missed out on the epic Fairies Wear Boots, Band Jam, Iommi's long solo, and Ward's complete Solo.

Sabotage for me - always has been, always will be...
In the fields the bodies burning, as the war machine keeps turning.
Vol. 4 and Sabbath Bloody Sabbath

Never Say Die -
Just a couple years ago I realized just how good Never Say Die is and I played it all the time.
It was like hearing a brand new Ozzy/Sabbath album even though it was released in the late 70's! Ozzy's vocals and Bill Ward's drumming kick ass and I like how the songs are arranged/written. I hope the 4 new Black Sabbath songs are similar to the Never Say Die sound.
Never Say Die
Master of Reality.
Of the 70s material, its impossible to pick a favourite. This year I have listened mostly to TE and Black Sabbath and Master of Reality. I have listened to '13' a lot more times than all the
others this year.
Like the other poster I have ventured into the murky world of ozzy era Sabbath live bootleg cds off ebay and listen to a lot of these recordings. I have listened to the Sheffield concert (recorded
last Saturday) about 30 times!
On my radio show I actually asked Adam Wakeman which album he likes better, Technical Ecstasy or Never Say Die... He chose Technical Ecstasy!
As far as which album I listen to the most, that's hard to say, I listen to each one of them quite alot, but would have to say I really do go to Never Say Die alot and lately it's been Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. To me SBS has just about everything I love about them, but I love all the albums!![]()

Never Say Die lately.
We don’t see things as they are; we see them as we are.
Sabotage is slowly becoming my #1, but most of the time it's Master Of Reality.
That's a hard question...for a long while I listened to Vol.4 everyday. side 2 of Paranoid is another fav....It goes in spurts....but I love the Vol.4 Sabbath Bloody Sabbath era.....
