    OID, i was under the impression you were a christian..? No true christian can both belive in the bible as the true word, and at the same time belive Jesus was born in the winter...
    But well, well, i do like celebrating "Christs Mass" anyway, though for me it has nothing to do with the birth of Jesus. But the pagan notions of the evergreen tree, the yule ale, candles, the straw goat, family, unity, solidarity, caring and thankfulness for the last year and hopes for the new are the reasons i celebrate/tolerate "Christs Mass". And the mixing of the christian St. Nicholaus with the pagan fjųsnisse i quite like.

    Edit - although one cool thing about the British weather, or at least when it goes according to plan is the change in seasons(not the dream theater track)
    Winter- cold and snowy
    Spring- everything growing and getting a bit warm
    Summer- pissing it down(but know and again warm)
    Autumn - leaves falling off trees kinda stuff.
