IDK how "Black Sabbath" can be your favorite Black Sabbath song. That's kind of saying "I never skip it" and damned if it isn't one of the more skipped songs on my playlist just due to the investment of churn at the beginning.
The end rocks, of course, and all the elements are there but geez...and no Iron Man? I know, it's the "Stairway" of Black Sabbath, but Iron Man has got to be the hookiest riff of all time. When people think of metal, they think of the Iron Man riff.
It's the definition of metal.
An argument can, should and has been made over "Megalomania" vs. "The Writ" but I was operating under the illusion of "The Writ" being better for so long, until I was set straight here, that I'm going to let it slide.
