Ray Gillen was born May 12,1959. Just an FYi
Ray had a killer voice, especially good for Black Sabbath. Too short a career, he has definitely been missed…
What a lost! a gifted singer, a personal favourite, Badlans was so damn cool
I mean BADLANDS, jajaja… RIP Ray
The Holy Grail for me, would be the release of Ray and Sabbath VIDEO of the Hammersmith Odeon show!!!
C’mon Tony, PLEAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZE!!!!
The songs with him on vocals, released posthumously on Sabbath re-issues (the live show during the Seventh Star tour, and the tracks for The Eternal Idol), showcase his immense talents as a vocalist. I really would’ve liked to hear more of him with Sabbath.
I also love the songs he did with Phenomena II, and it’s a real shame that he was taken from us so early!
